Meet the Director
With a deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence, Jasmin Williams founded Serenity Preparatory Academy in 2015 with a singular vision: to create a place where every child is truly known, celebrated, and prepared for a bright future.
Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University. Her professional preparation also includes Family Life Education, strengthening her ability to support not only the development of children, but also the families who nurture them.
With years of experience in early childhood education and child development, Jasmin brings both expertise and heart to every aspect of the Academy. Her leadership has shaped Serenity into a nurturing learning community centered on academic preparation, confidence, character, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
She believes that great childcare is both a science and an art — grounded in research, guided by relationships, and elevated by genuine love for children and families.
Her educational philosophy focuses on the whole child. Through hands-on learning, purposeful play, developmentally appropriate experiences, positive relationships, and individualized support, Jasmin strives to ensure that every Little Voyager feels valued, capable, confident, and prepared for the next stage of their educational journey.
